Whether you are a large corporation or small business owner, we will work with you to develop a cost-effective, complete security program personalized and custom to your unique needs.

We needed to have an after hour presence to allow for tenant and property security. We had some vagrants and dumpster fire issues in the past.

 

Initial Security provides the required site presence and will respond to issues as they present themselves. Now all areas of the shopping centre are foot patrolled including the back alleys and all the dumpsters are checked.

We have been working on the Expo Line Skytrain project, where there are high levels of pedestrian traffic, loitering, vandalism, etc.

 

Then, we reached out to Initial Security to monitor and to deter negative behaviour from the public. Initial Security provided flexible availability of on site security staff.

 

They have been timely and diligent with reporting, invoicing and have worked collaboratively with us to find solutions.

We contacted your agency at the start of Covid in Feb 2020. We felt a need for security as the offices were to be shut down with limited staff.

 

We were offered a mobile patrol for the days our offices remained closed. This system has been working well with no major incidents.
